Provenance provides a deterministic change-tracking system for financial models built in Excel. Our Service analyzes spreadsheet logic, tracks changes across versions, and provides comprehensive audit logs without using artificial intelligence or machine learning on your proprietary data.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You retain all rights to the financial models and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your proprietary models for training or any other purpose beyond providing you with review and analysis.

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SOC 2 Type II compliance and end-to-end encryption.

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Service

8. Service Availability

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
